The Minority Leader of the 9th House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Ndudi Elumelu, OON, has congratulated the Asagba of Asaba, His Royal Majesty, Prof. Epiphany Azinge, SAN, OON, on the celebration of his one year of ascension to the throne.
In a congratulatory message on Sunday, October 5, 2025, Rt. Hon Elumelu described the monarch as a symbol and custodian of the essence of Asaba Kingdom, praising his leadership qualities, which he said were characterized by humility, diligence, transparency, commitment to excellence, and a cerebral eminence complemented by his majestic benevolence and compassion for all.
According to Elumelu, the Asagba’s dynamic and visionary leadership in his first year on the throne, has reinforced unity, brought joy, and opened doors to blessings for the people of Asaba.
“You are indeed an inestimable lesson in leadership; full of dignified humility, admirably diligence, exemplary transparency, cerebral grace and unwavering commitment to excellence; with an unmatched sense of duty and compassion for all,” Elumelu stated.
He also expressed gratitude to God for gifting the Asaba kingdom, Delta State, Nigeria, and humanity at large, with such a leader.
“We cannot thank God enough for the gift of you to the Asaba kingdom, Delta State, Nigeria, and humanity at large,” he said.
The renowned politician and famous Federal Lawmaker prayed for God’s continued blessings and long life on the monarch’s reign, saying, “We pray to God to preserve, uphold, and bless your reign with many decades in wisdom, peace, and divine grace.”
