The Delta State Local Government Service Commission, Asaba has invited over Nine hundred staff of the Unified Local Government Service for the January 2025 promotion interview series .
In a circular letter signed for the Commission Chairman, Hon Joseph Otirhue by the Deputy Director of administration of the Commission, Mrs. Chukwudumebi Nwamu, the promotion exercise has been scheduled to kick start on the 21st of January to end on the 29th of January 2025.
Officers invited for the exercise have been requested to appear for their promotion on their scheduled dates as there would not be attended to on a different date. Furthermore, officers have been requested to come with all their necessary credentials as nursing mothers are advised to leave their newborn babies and toddlers at home or daycare centres before coming to the Commission.
Officers are further requested to dress properly in line with the civil service dress code as improper dressing would not be allowed.
The Promotion exercise which will taking place at the Olorogun Felix Ibru Secretariat ,shall have the Administrative Officer Cadre, Accountant Cadre, Legal Officer Cadre, Information Officer Cadre, Assistant Information Officer Cadre, Programme Analyst Cadre, Planning Officer Cadre,Statistician Cadre,Confidential Secretary Cadre, Store Officer Cadre, Community Development Officer Cadre and Community Development Inspector Cadre on the 21st of January 2025 being the first day of the exercise.
On the 22nd of January 2025, Education Officer Cadre, Assistant Education Officer Cadre, Executive Officer (Admin)Cadre and Executive Officer (Accounts) Cadre shall be attended to.
On the 3rd day of the exercise , Nursing Officer Cadre, Medical Records officer Cadre, Medical Records Technician Cadre,Agricultural Officer Cadre, Legislative Officer Cadre, Legislative Assistant Cadre, Market/Motor Park Superintendent Cadre and Revenue Superintendent Cadre shall be interviewed
while Community Health Officer Cadre, Community Health Extension Worker Cadre, Junior Community Health Extension Worker Cadre, Health Educator Cadre, Health Educator Technician Cadre and Food Scientific Officer Cadre shall be interviewed on the 4th day.
On the 5th day of the exercise being the 29th of January 2025, Engineer Cadre,Architect Cadre, Surveyor Cadre, Technical Officer Cadre Medical (Science)Laboratory Technologist Cadre, Environmental Health Officer Cadre, Environmental Health Technician Cadre,Environmental Assistant Cadre, Assistant Dietician Cadre, Works Superintendent Cadre and Senior Deck Staff Cadre shall be interviewed.
